What was the first game you ever played?

"Gorilla" was on QBasic along with Nibbles (snake). We played that thing vrot! About 6 years back we used to play multiplayer Gorilla (4 people online) and it rocked!

Stunts was a sick game back in '96! Very blocky, but you could build the coolest tracks and the grand prix car was always the best to go around those hectic loops etc.



I can't remember paratrooper, I only recall Airborne Ranger.

Yeh Gorilla which I was able to redesign in Turbo Pascal... and doing simple things like turning the sun upside down... making day become night and when you threw the banana it glowed... but never played a multiplayer version

didnt stunts come out at around 91-92 ? you are talking about 4d stunts right ?

I remember that. I played it on a friends old Atari console. I found a flash version of it on some site last year.

First PC game I played was Wolfenstein 3D in '93. Also played a couple of oldies that was mentioned in this thread, like Paratrooper, Gorillaz, Snakes, Stunts, and the first Duke Nukem games (not 3D).

MY dad also had an old Telefunken console that I played my first games on. On it was Crazy Chicky (similar to Pacman), Sonic Invaders (Space Invader copy), Auto Chase (like the 1st GTA but always in a car and no violence) and Tank Attack (2 player tank game against each other). We used to play it until the thing started overheating and crashing, and then left it for an hour to cool down.

Games like Montezuma's revenge and Prince of Persia always kept us going!

At the end of a session, you'd always run PCTools and "Park" your hard drive.
