Now that I see this, I thought the Wii U was just a portable device that you can hook up to the Wii itself. I didn't realize that it was an entirely different console on it's own. :wtf:

I didn't know wither??? Thought it was like a tablet PSP controller type thing that could also connect to the Wii..

Omg guys! If find it amazing how you missed the console part, but goes to show how much they've been marketing/focusing on the controller, which incidentally was the same case with the first Wii.

On a side note, it's really disappointing that it lacks a Blu-Ray and DVD playback capability. That's gonna taste sour with a few people I think.
