What's the best cake you've ever had?

While ice-cream cake is my favorite, there is another that is worth a honorable mention. When we were little kids, my mom always made us this weird microwave chocolate cake in a ring form. Nothing fancy, but if you put caramel on that thing you simply couldn't get enough of it. We would scarf the entire thing down in an afternoon.

It's probably for the best I don't know the recipe. I would make it every day if I did.

I have to make a point to have cake at a wedding, just once. I always party past the point of eating cake.

Well these days that point isn't all that late in the proceedings, it's become the thing to have the cake directly after the ceremony so that the guests can eat a slice and have hors d'oeuvres while the couple go for photos - I approve of this
