Whats the most cooperative game you know of?

Spontaneous cooperation that is - playing with friends doesn't count [*].

To illustrate - during a BF3 game I was randomly placed in a squad that happened to consist of only team-work minded people (:cool:). Those familiar with BF mechanics will have guessed the outcome - legendary pwnage. Unfortunately this is a rare piece of luck in BF, so I'm curious whether there are any games where this happens more often?

* For those wondering why this restriction - my friends are 200ms away. :(
 
Guild Wars 2 PvP, at least when I used to play. Teams are small, usually 5 on each side, so you're forced to work together to keep control areas. It was a hell of a lot of fun finding a winning team combo and some people used to change their builds to match your play style.
