Where to next after Xbox 360?

So my boys (14 & 9) have played most games available on Xbox 360. Their favorites being Gears of War, Call of Duty and Far Cry. They have almost all of these. IIRC, 1 or 2 COD & the last Far Cry they don't have.

Where to next? PS3? or Xbox 1?

One thing that my 9 year old mentioned a few times was the graphics. He said he prefers playing the games with better graphics.

I plan on getting another console early next year. I was considering a PS3 due to game prices, but will there be new titles for the Xbox 360 & PS3 platforms?

Natural evolution dictates the Xbox 1 is next, then the Xbox S and finally Scorpio.... yeah it's fucked up I know. Just throw Windows 10 in there to make it even more so.

Only titles that will still be published for PS3/XBOX360 will be Fifa and PES. Game development has basically stopped for last generation consoles, although I believe Black Ops 3 was the last title but it was Multiplayer only.

As BeoTek said, going to have to move to the XBONE or PS4.
