Which Game should get remade using today's graphics?

I was just wondering, which game (or games) would you choose to be remade using today's graphics and HD textures?

We are talking a purely visual update here. Everything else has to stay exactly the same.

I would choose the entire Legacy of Kain series, I truly enjoyed them and I would love to play them again using today's technology.

And let us not forget the original System Shock. How awesome would it be to take SHODAN on in full HD?

Imagine your favourite old game made with CryEngine 3...

Zone of the Enders would make a lovely edition to to today's games with awesome Graphics.

I'm playing the HD remakes, but its still like I'm playing on the PS2. Still a lot of fun though.
 
Most definitely Silent Hill 2 and 3. There is actually an HD remake of them but the people who did it screwed it up horribly.

So I want a proper one.
 
Okay guess im going to be the one to do it, Final Fantasy 7. Although if your willing to download 20 odd gigs of fan made remodels and texture packs it looks really amazing
 
The Dino Crisis games. I've been yearning for a remake/reboot forever. Also I'd want a full remake even if it's 1:1, not simply an HD upgrade.

Don't quite understand why they haven't made it yet.
 
The first game I ever played and which I still consider the best base building game yet: Rise of Nations.

+5 gazillion. Was so bummed to read up on how they messed it up that I canned my pre-order at the time. I'm still tempted to pick it up but I don't want to ruin the memories I have of SH2.

Moving on, I would love:
- Some of the original Splinter Cell games upped (keep the game play in it's original form). They can pretty much do everything up until (and excluding) double agent.
- Thief 1 and 2 (although there is the Dark Project so I'm not going to complain).
- Manhunt. I actually loved the game and I'd love to see a remake with some better graphics and more focus on the bits that make it not so obvious that it's a console port
- Syndicate. A "don't screw with the original formula and make it an FPS" re-boot of the original.
- SSX Tricky and SSX 3. I loved those games to bits and I'd love to see them done again (I would especially love the long stretches instead of these short little bursts that we got with the newest SSX ala SSX 3 with some better looking visuals).
- Last one (I can think of way too many)...I'd like to see Minecraft with some better visuals. Don't get me wrong - it's a fun game but surely it must be possible to do it with a better looking engine.
