What should I play next? Suggest something :)

Nice topic.... Lets have a go...

MMO: I believe Rift is a gorgeous MMO if you have the hardware for it... which you do ;) ( plus based on WoW, you're not put off by monthly subs)
SP RPG: Mass Effect 1 & 2
Arcade Racer: Burnout Paradise
FPS: Metro 2033

and for something new ( based on your list) Civ 5 ? (purely a swing in the dark)
 
Amazing Oldschool RPG games (both can be found at GoG.com):
Arcanum (Likely my favourite RPG)
Planescape Torment (The other contender for my favourite RPG. Both Arcanum and Planescape do things differently)

Like Southpaw said with these great 3rd person RPG games:
Mass Effect 1+2

MMO:
RIFT (More WoW basically, but still a great "clone")
EVE (If you like spaceships and such and want something different)

FPS:
Bulletstorm (just plain fun)

Horror / 3rd person Action:

Dead Space 1+2 (Great stuff)
Dead Rising 2 (If you love zombie kill-fests then this is a great title)

If you want more suggestions. Just shout. There are easily more if I consider it.

Based on that list that seems to be a combination of FPS/Action and RPG.

Mass Effect 2
Assassin's Creed 2 [and AC2:Brotherhood] <--- yes this is just as good on the PC


I'd initially skip ME1 and AC1 since they're both inferior to their sequels by a long shot.

However, if you want to try Dragon Age. Play Dragon Age:Origins and not Dragon Age 2 [the sequel in this case is far inferior to the original DA] . If you're not interested in DA, then i would stall a bit and wait for The Witcher 2 [coming out 17 May] though or maybe consider The Witcher 1 if you want to play a solid RPG with deep stories and all that.

One word: Torchlight

I just finished playing the demo I got with NAG and WOW!! I just had to go and buy the game, it is possibly the best Action-RPG I have ever played!

I hated Torchlight. I got bored after an hour and never touched it again.
 
Hmmm, see you have Batman - Arkham Asylum. Definitely woth a look IMHO. Great mix of varied combat, puzzles etc

I truly lol'd when I saw spec requirements for Max Payne whilst playing :P
