Which games do you want to become a master at?

I don't know about everyone, but I'm a pretty average skilled gamer, if slightly below average. I am the gamer that would much rather play games on easy than try to challenge myself. That does not, however, mean that I wouldn't want to become a master in specific games. There are a few games that I would absolutely love to be an MLG uberl33t superskilled freak, but simply don't have the time nor talent to get to that level. These are some of the games I'd love to master if I had the time:

Forza Motorsport:
As my signature state, I don't completely suck at Forza, but if I would choose a game to master, it would probably be Forza firstly. Just because I find the whole idea of finding the right balance between all the elements of racing so fascinating

Age Of Empires:
Have you seen those freaks on Youtube play AOE 2? Hell I'd be still stuck in the Dark age when they attack me with all the best units already. I think there is something really great about being able to implement strategies like that and conquer your opponent

Minesweeper:
Yes, Minesweeper. I want to be the very best, the one the FBI should call upon the day a radical group plants a bunch of bombs minesweeper style, and only I can save the day with my mad sweeper skillz. Yes, this has been something I've thought about in the past

So, which games would you want to become an absolute boss at? Is there already games that you are pretty good at? Share with us all here in this thread.

I'm average (possibly above) with most racing titles.

I just wish I could be a master at RTS titles. It is the one genre that I really suck at, and badly at that. XCOM/XCOM2 impossible difficulty no issues, I will own that but doing that in real-time with everything happening at the same time. Total shutdown on my side.

I know my limits and RTS games are too multitasking for me, me vs AI fine. Me vs human. nope.

CS:GO I just want to be Master Guardian, I constantly bounce around Nova 3 and Nova Master so I've not set my sights too high.

Maybe one day I would like to fully level my BF4 Character too.
DieGrootHammer - I think you need to beat me at minesweeper if you want to master the game. I was stuck at a boring job for months with only solitaire and minesweeper for company so now I got Minesweeping skills.

Yea minesweeper is just all about pattern recognition...and then of course theres sometimes the 50/50 dumb luck ones. but as soon as you learn to utilize the flags and multi-click (clear all squares around cursor) method, it becomes really fast/easy.

I cant think of a game i'd currently want to become a "Master" of. All games i'm interested in playing i can do competently enough...is that selfish/arrogant to think? I'm happy with my current CSGO rank, I dont care much for RTS, ARPG is usually just a matter of not being a retard with your build, and csgo has honed my FPS skills enough.

I guess I wouldn't mind being able to compete on F1 2015 on the hardest difficulty...that would be cool :)

At the moment a game I'd like to master is CSGO - over the past 7 months since getting back into it again I've progressed from being a Silver master (rank 6/18) to now being a Master Guardian I (rank 11/18) which I am really happy about. It has however gotten a lot harder to rank up each time and I think I'm starting to reach the limit of my abilities for now.

I'd love to be a pro at Rocket League too, those guys have amazing skills and landing those tricky aerial shots would be really satisfying.

I want to be the very best like no one ever was. I'd have to practice a lot which I don't do. But it would be great to be better at CS and I agree about AoE or even StarCraft geez those people are wizards.

I wanna be the very best
Like no one ever was

Well that is my problem with gaming and why i struggle to play single player campaign games. Because I can't "master" it and beat other people.
Every game I play i play competitively.

I have probably played 5 different titles in DGL.

But one game i believe that I am good in is CSGO and still want to improve constantly. Even though rank does not mean much when playing a proper clannie I have stagnated at LEM for very long now.

Playing Overwatch DGL at the moment, and quite enjoying it and captaining another team.

Probably Bloodborne and the Souls games as well as Nioh.
