Which isp for 4mg line uncapped?

Hi guys I am planning to upgrade my line speed from a 1mg uncapped to a 4mg uncapped but not sure if I want to stay with Axxess as I get throttled too quickly and once throttled it never seems to end... It it almost the end of the month and I have been throttled since the beginning of the month when Fifa 12 came out and I have been stuck on 10-20kbps trying to surf the web and download the odd episode or program... Sometimes I have to refresh my page 3 or 4 times before it will even load!!

Anyone with any suggestions? Will be greatly appreciated.
 
Afrihost are still reasonably small and they're service is pretty good. So try them out. Telkom has a special going with their new uncapped accounts. # months free uncapped. If you aren't happy you stop it.
 
I was quite happy with my 4MB uncapped MWEB accounts. Torrents are throttled to about 150kb in the evenings, 15kb during the day, and then I usually got full line speed from the likes of Steam etc.
 
Telkom's 4 mg uncapped is a bit steep thinks its about 2k I was with Afrihost but had problems with payment.. They could not change the date for their debit order and my salary didnt always come through on the 1st of the month as it was suppose to.
 
Mweb Also has 3 months free and its normaly R899 for 4meg uncapped. I only have the 384 uncapped and its pretty good, even with quite a high gig usage.
 
I having a good time with Axxess, friendly service no issues with anything.. Except downloading in the day, but that could be cause i use give or take 485gbs a months so don't blame them for shaping my downloads.
 
Thanks very much for everyone that responsed... Will still with axxess just for the sack of being with them and see how i goes keep Helkom, afrihost and Mweb in mind if I have any issues.

I also got the R899 deal from Axxess. So I'm getting 10mb downloads at night, and 384Kb line during the day. If you are shaped that line is dropped to 192Kb during the day.

My record was a whopping 54gb in one evening. Thanks Axxess!!
 
After I shed this line (when I move) I doubt I'll be going uncapped again. With the amount I use I can put the money toward unshaped capped gb's for cheaper.

Mweb and Openweb are supposedly the best uncapped services in SA to my knowledge.
