Who buys PC Games from kalahari.com

I was growing fond of Kalahari until I bought a game with '24 hour delivery' and waited almost two weeks for it to arrive. The best part though, after stuffing me around for so long with a lengthy list of excuses, was that I didn't receive so much as an apology for the inconvenience.

Since then I've found Zaps to be infinitely superior in terms of service, friendliness, and generally not being completely bloody useless.

Order of preference:

1) take2
2) zaps
3) steam
4) any body else
5) bt games if there really is no-one else.

Mostly buy from a local store , but I have use you guys for movies a lot may be a few games
The ebuck's spend is good for me ,
Sadly I don't like navigating trough the games section on your site .

I don't often buy from Kalahari but never had a problem when I do.
Typically I look for the cheapest price for the title I want, be that Retail, Digital distribution or online stores. Retail prices are way high most of the time, comes down to how I can get ahold of the title i'm looking for. Sometimes Online stores are my best option, othertimes it's impulse retail purchases :)

I also tend to prefer digital delivery these days (ala Steam), however I have been known to purchase the odd thing or two from Kalahari.

I once bought a game from kalahari and it seemed fine until it didnt want to install :(, but I think that public ads is much better then kalahari though they are a new site, they have way better functionality and look more professional lol :)

i have a few times, mostly when there is a sale going...

...and i have never actually had to wait to long, think longest was 5 days

i order most of my games from kalahari reason being is i earn ebucks when i do... but if i do find the game cheaper elsewhere i go there to buy it.

I bought some PS 2 games from Kalahari, but most of the time I buy books from them. Also their Lego seems quite reasonably priced, i.e. slightly cheaper than my local toy store.

I've bought quite a few games, as well as some books and other stuff from Kalahari. Nowadays it's usually xbox games since I don't have a gaming PC anymore. I also use Take2 (TakeALot), and Zaps is always good, though I usually go to the store. Oh and there's always Games On Demand on XBL.

I am currently eagerly anticipating my pre-order of Battlefield 3 (Xbox) from Kalahari. I took advantage of that Dealify voucher.

Generally things have always gone fine, EXCEPT when you order stuff just before xmas, I've had a few orders messed up at that time of year. Probably due to high volume of orders or something. You might want to look at getting in extra staff at that time of year.

I got Starcraft II from kalahari. Worked out well. Pre-Ordered the day before the game was released :p It arrived the next day anyway. :D

Use to, but only buy books from kalahari now. It's just that take2's free shipping of orders over R350 worked out cheaper most of the time.

TBH, if Kalahari provided a service like G2Play.net, I would be all over them. I have taken a decision a while ago not to buy the "boxed" games anymore. I get all the discounts that I need from G2play.net and best of all is that it works with steam and origin.

They have some AWESOME specials on. Have a look.

So my order of prefference is:
1. G2play.net
2. Steam
3. Origin

I'm planning on getting BF3 from Kalahari as well (free shipping and can use ebucks), that is of course if I don't win it in the exclus1ves comp.
