A bunch of guys couldn't join games lastnight because of some "old playlist" message caused by the playlist update that was done lastnight. It served as a quick workaround for the COD4 hacking problem until the official patch is approved my Microsoft.
I had to reload the game at about 9PM when I couldn't join a new game.
