Who is you favorite Dev and why?

I added some devs that have released more than one AAA title, and then I added the big companies like EA so that if you select them you can state which Dev they own who's work you appreciate.

None of those mentioned, although I'm a big fan of several of them.

Favourite Dev is Firaxis mainly because Sid Meier works with them and the Civilization series is my favourite series in gaming. Plus Alpha Centauri is nothing short of a master piece.

I was a huge fan of westwood and 3do. Now I am a huge fan of ea and thq.

I have spent many hours playing bad company 2 and dead space 2 is awesome.

Dawn of war is awesome aswell.

I spit on ubisoft for what they are doing to the heroes of might and magic franchise.

I would say out of the list bioware and valve cause usually whatever they touch turns to gold. I used to hate Ea for some of the games they made but in recent years started to appreciate how they give their devs creative freedom i'v always been a fan of ea canada since they made all the classic nfs games . Imo Crytek sucks cause they only make heartless tech demos, Treyarch sucks cause they're riding in wave that infinity ward created, before they got onto the cod bandwagon, they where a crap 3rd party team that created subpar games and lackluster ports. ! Activision (Sucks donkey gonads) in reality but some of their 1st party devs are pretty good, eg beenox. Ubisoft out of all their internal teams their shanghai and Montreal studios are the best imo, dunno about ubisoft Toronto but rumour is they are working exclusively on a new splinter cell.

oh and my favourite dev is Irrational Games (not on the list) which was briefly known as 2k Boston simply because they made SYSTEM Shock 2 and Bioshock. They don't make a lot of games but when they do release something it is usually Special.

The list doesnt really mention devs ? EA is not a dev but they own devs like EA canada, EA seattle,Ea Tiburon, Maxis, criterion, Dice etc. Same applies to Ubisoft and activision

Listing all the devs would take up MANY posts just to get a complete poll! Like I stated in my first post:

So now I'm thinking Relic for their masters pieces like Homeworld, Impossible Creatures, Company of Heroes and so forth.

Completely Indie, they don't even need steam.

Actually involved with the community. Even hired a few people from the community.

Sense of humor.

Balls of steel.

40k concurrent users, more than 400 000 accounts sold. They proving that PC gaming is not dead, but that other devs have just completely missed the mark, making the same mistakes and not fixing/solving issues that have plagued PC games (especially multi-player based ones) for years.

Valve, because the made the first best FPS that I have ever played, Half Life 1, and I have been hooked to FPS ever since All their other games are damn rad as well, I love their games and the way they treat their consumers.
