Who will be getting Crysis 2?

So why then are console game more expensive than PC games? Why not make a high quality PC version and then dumb it down for console rather than try and improve a dumbed down version up? That way everyone is happy.

It's not as if the developers making the best titles don't make any money off their games... They can easily spend more to make 2 separate games, or just do it the way Den said..
 
Devil May Cry 4 was actually made on PC intending to be ported to console thats why it has console controls but looks pretty damn good.
 
I will be getting Crysis 2. I pre-ordered it at Take 2 when it was stills scheduled for this year... loooong wait! :P Atleast its paid for already! :P
 
I have crysis & crysis warhead. First going to play those then make up my mind.
I saw a gameplay vid for crysis 2 though. Didn't really float my boat...

Dude, Crysis 2 is going to be much more story oriented this time. Don't judge it according to the first game. The first Crysis was more of a sandbox game where you'd run around and shoot stuff. You will be disappointed if you're looking for an engaging story. As far as I can tell, from what I've seen and read, Crysis 2 is going to be a big step up from the first game in regards to storytelling and gameplay improvements.
 
I played the first 2 games and even though it was a bit of a "B" plot I still thought they were enjoyable.

That said I've been waiting for Crysis 2 since I finished the first game.
 
Reviews and informed opinions will dictate.

If it is like the first I may skip it. That game largely got rated on its looks, but it was not thaaat bad, but I got bored with it. I think many of you are looking forward possibly to a decent multiplayer? I tend to skip with FPS multiplayer these days, just got sick of it one day and seldom went back.
