Why making plans in advance can actually ruin your weekend

Thanks for this article Jamie, it was rather interesting. My wife and I are guilty of scheduling leisure activities and thought we mostly enjoy them, they do occasionally end up being dreaded.
 
I also schedule things which is probably a bad thing. The whole weekend has been scheduled and I hope to get a lot of Dark Souls 2 gaming done. :)
