Why So many PS3 threads ?

This is very bothersome for me...is the xbox 360 threads dieing? is there no news on xbox, no new games?
 
Most games are multiplat from. There are several Halo Reach thread which is xbox so i dont see the problem.
 
Lol... Nah its just when something interesting comes from the Xbox then you will be seeing more Xbox threads, don't worry should even out again..

Yeah it is mainly due to all the big PS3 exclusives hitting recently. I also think it is due to more people buying PS3's now since they seem more viable when compared to quite a while back, (cheaper pricing and good exclusives).

Didnt want to say that exactly, but that is also the case i think people are tired of the Xbox and its minor and major issues so they giving the competitor some sight. And most of the threads are about general info that users don't know guess so one needs to right a PS3 FAQ thread... No not volunteering.
 
I heard from one of the partners at AnimeWorx that they sell consoles at a 4 to 1 ratio
4 Ps3's for every 1 Xbox, same with the games apparently

I support that opinion. Jumped from XBOX to PS3 recently. The price made it a very attractive option....and I'm not looking back.

I saw that coming. I think the biggest issue a year or two back wrt buying a console was price. So most went for xbox. now, with the ps3 having dropped in price, the xbox might be in for a rough trip.

Yes, that's true, I own both and tbh I really don't care about which one is better, both still have their merits and both are viable gaming consoles.
I do prefer Xbox for FPS games though as the controller is well suited to this genre.
 
But the question now is...does the gameplay on both titles differs so much ? dont tell me better graphics, sound etc. Im talking about the gameplay

You mean for the same title, does Batman AA on Xbox and PS3 differ? Who knows, who's stupid to buy the same game on 2 different platforms? :confused: each person has their own preference, i prefer the xbox controller to the PS3. When buying a game that available for both consoles i weigh up what differs in the 2 then purchase. Batman AA i would get on PS3 simply coz it has the Joker bonus levels where the xbox does not. The only reason to have both is for exclusives, I love Gears of War and Halo but i also love Heavy Rain and the God of War Series and Uncharted. That is really all it is about. If there was no there would be no point to owning both.

you mean that 2 of the same games on 2 different platforms have the same gameplay mechanics? I dont understand. What did u think the whole console war was about? The better machine? Hell no. Xbox fanbois are jealous of PS3 fanbois exclusives and vice versa.
 
So I had the whole thing wrong from the start..... I thought it was about the graphics, sound etc...aka mine is better than yours. If its about exclusives its petty IMHO.
