Wii U on special for R1,000

It's supposed to be till Sat or Sun I think. Like 3-4 days. Which is stupid if they only had, at most, 5-10 consoles at each store.

I wonder if MyGaming could perhaps find out for us if they'll restock during that time.

Dude my flat mate and i went to pav this morning. we got there just before 6, there were 8 or so guys camping there from 4 this morning. they ended up giving out 12 consoles. so we managed to get one and a copy of zombie u, so im just waiting to see if they are getting more stock as my mate gave his ticket to another guy and we gonna share the one for now. what pissed me off was a dude there bought one from incredible yesterday for 1k, went there today and got another 1, saying he was going to sell the one.

yes luck of the draw but what a dick move. there were people there who would have benefited from actually getting the console at that price, not some douche face looking to make a quick buck. :/

either way i got one so im happy. now if we can just get some cheaper games... O_o dayum...

I happened to be in the queue behind the ladies shopping for MyGaming and they were also not able to get any copies. They could have easily sold it for R1.5k or even R2k and it would still have sold very well imo.

Hope mygaming does a competition too for the Wii U and hopefully some members will leak information about stores which still have stock

Haha yeah gonna test it out tonight after all the patching finishes. as for stock Ichi, ill check around and if they get more ill see if i can get one and hold it for you if you keen? I live in central durban, abt 10 mins from pav, and my flat mate wants his own anyways so we gonna be looking.

Thanks would be really nice if you can from somewhere want it badly, since I love the Wii games :D.
 
I already seen one selling for 1.5k extra...

I wish only the people that wanted to buy and use it got one.

Same thing happened when they had the 3ds xl special for R1000 everyone bought it to resell instead of using them.

Same here but as usual PMB was excluded from these specials so had to buy mine at R2200 :(

So hoping they have the Wii U one this time which I doubt anyway sadly so thankgoodness a forumite may book one for me.
