Wii U pre-order price appears on Kalahari

Will only start thinking about getting this from the first price drop. It is a decent bundle, but just too expensive!
 
Takealot had their price up last week at
R4999. I was expecting the bundles to come in at R3999, premium at R3499 and the standard version @R2999. Guess we can add a profit of R1000 on each of these
prices for no reason whatsoever... Sad... BT also confirmed R4999.

I'm not 100% sure, but I think the PS3 was cheaper @ launch. (You didn't get a game and extra controller with though)

Does anyone know when we can expect official pricing info from core group?

Simply inflated prices to take advantage of the Christmas season. What a rip-off.
Stick to your guns guys, I reckon we'll see a price drop early next year.
