Wii U Region change

Will I be able to change my wii u region from UK to SA without losing games I have bought on UK shop and all that?
I know if I change it on the console I can log into the shop anymore but not sure If I can change my nintendo ID region.

I don't know sorry, if I had to guess I guess it has to do with the account with which you login. Is there any particular reason you want to change?

If the game are saved on a sd card or wii u memory you won't lose the game unless its only accessed online.
