Windows 10 won't print from any browser

Hey guys, I'm not sure if this is the right place for this thread or even if this relates in any way but I figured maybe you guys could help me....please:cry:

I seem to have a problem printing from any browser! Microsoft Edge freezes up on the print screen and Mozilla and chrome allows me to hit print but nothing happens.

I have troubleshooted the printers and also tried updating drivers. Print spooler seems to be working fine as well.

I am so confused on what to do now!

anyone else have a similar problem or a solution?

I also cant print from a browser, i get a blank page from the printer.

  1. Make and Model of printer?
  2. USB or Parallel/Printer Port (LPT)?
  3. Driver Version?
  4. Does a test page print fine?
  5. Can you print from Notepad?
  6. Can you print from WordPad?
  7. Can you print from Adobe Acrobat Reader?
  8. Does MS Paint print fine?
  9. What is your default printer set to?
 
Make and Model of printer Hp laserjet pro mfp125
USB or Parallel/Printer Port (LPT) USB
Driver Version 10.0.14393.0
Does a test page print fine yes
Can you print from Notepad yes
Can you print from WordPad yes
Can you print from Adobe Acrobat Reader yes
Does MS Paint print fine yes
What is your default printer set to Hp laserjet pro mfp125
