I would Definitely need a Kite, to signal my victory over diablo and his dark hordes for far away to the other adventurers. Also, as everyone knows all too well these days, Petrol burn like hell ( no pun intended). Thus I would need petrol flasks to light my kite to signal the victory over darkness and to light the abyss with. Also, my headphones and ipod is essential to capture the feel of actual battle. No well-deserved victory over the dark hordes is without the sound of Metallica or Nightwish song playing out loud in one`s ears. Some Coffee is needed to stay awake for days` worth of fighting.
Thus gear is:

Petrol flasks
Ipod
Headfphones
Coffee

1) shake-charge torch so i dont need to worry about batteries
2) the machete from "the book of eli"
3) a first-aid kit for those nasty scratches
4) the Portal gun for those quick getaways
5) and my trusty companion lydia in case i run out of space to carry stuff :D

1) Chainsaw, any survival scenario needs a chainsaw.

4) Smartphone - Let see if its smart enough for survival. And to use it as gps for navigating.
5) Towel. - "A Towel is the most important item a Hitchhiker can carry."

1 - Leather outfit for the biters and scratchers
2 - favourite black sword(i have a small collection)
3 - Pump action shotgun
4 - box of BIC lighters cos those are the best
5 - lots of brandy(for fun and sanitizing general wounds)

and im good to go ..even planned where to hold out and stay away from with friends.
TIP.populated areas and open spaces are allways bad...especially freeways and gun stores..if you go where everyone else does,your gonna get trampled by humans,get your head blown off in a fight,or get caught up in the bloodfest because that's where the demons would go too
