Nah, I'd rather take over the Immortal Realms and reign over humanity and angels with help from the sacred collectors edition, saving the Mortal Realms is for people with the standard edition!
Why I deserve to be a champion of the mortal realm and fight the forces of evil for the sake of humanity:
1997: Diablo was one of the first PC games I ever played. It was one of the demo's included on
the Monolith Windows 95 Games Sampler 2 CD, and was very different from the 2 level Spawn
Diablo Demo, which didn't allow you to kill "The Butcher". From the day I got Diablo, I lived in front
of my Pentium 1 PC, fighting the forces of Evil,until... I defeated Diablo on Level 16. Finishing
Diablo left me wanting so much more, so the release of the Diablo Hellfire Expansion by Sierra was
a welcomed addition to my (still very small) PC game collection. It only added about six extra
levels and a few extra monsters and items, but it was worth every cent. In 2001 I bought my
copy of Diablo 2 at CNA, It took forever to install on my then Pentium II 266MHz machine, and the
CD swapping was endless, but it was all worth it at the end. At first, the small amounts of gold
which you collected was disappointing, and I didn't like the fact that the monsters "Respawned"
everytime you load your game, but this disappointment was shortlived as I got more and more
engrossed in the Diablo 2 world. It wasn't long before the Diablo 2: Lord of Destruction Expansion
was released, and I was able to expand my game by an extra Act. It wasn't a huge expansion,
but again it was worth every cent. For many years after I completed Diablo 2 (Single Player) was
my LAN game of choice and became very addictive when I started playing online. I would
sometimes play for 12 straight hours at a time, trading, fighting, gaining experience, helping new
players gain experience. It eventually became so addictive that I had to stop. Now my Diablo
collection is proudly displayed on a shelf up on my computer room wall for everyone to see. By
the time I learned Diablo 3 was available to Preorder, all of the Collector's Edition Copies were sold
out. I'm pretty darn gutted about that, but I've decided to wait until the game is released before
I purchase my copy of Diablo 3, in the hopes of getting hold of the Collector's edition somehow.
Maybe this is my chance? Here's hoping.

I would kill Archangels and Demons a like to get my hands on this rare item of power, that could change the fate of the eternal conflict. I am the last hope in the realm of men, the last hope of sanctuary-in the eternal chaos that rages among immortals. I would love to win this. I have been a fan of the diablo series for many many years, I have the original D1 and D2 as well as their expansions. Been waiting for this game for so long and I would love to have this awesome collectors edition. On the irc network in #diablo3 i constantly post time remaining till launch down to the last second ! I need this collectors edition so I can plunge the USB soulstone into my forehead when i lose my first hardcore character due to a telkom timeout

In this time of darkness - in the face of the apocalypse to come, I am no fool. I cannot pretend to even fully grasp the details of the events that are unfolding. I have witnessed the many horrors that threaten Humankind in this evil and unforgiving brutal war and I have seen the many heroes fall in an attempt to stop it. I will not fail. I will not be sparing. Using fiery meteors, devastatingly energetic tornadoes and an ability to manipulate time itself I will do everything within my power to drive these evil forces back to where they came from to never return again. I will not fail. For it is now that I vow to devote my sanity, my knowledge and my life itself to battle against the Prime Evils themselves...never again will they use evil for their own nefarious ends for it is without me that evil will prevail.

I deserve to be your champion because I have spent my life training for this. Rapid finger clicking exercises. Hours devouring tomes of Diablo lore. Who else is more prepared for this than I. It matters not that I am simply in it for the loot because Diablo will drop the best swag and I WILL HAVE THE BEST. My sword will bling with multiple effects and give me an increase to all my skills. I will hunt relentlessly, until I have it all! Diablo: IM COMING FOR YOU BRA!

As a sufferer of chronic Diablo finger i need this game to give my constantly tapping finger something to do. The obvious therapy for my condition would be countless hours hacking and slashing away at the forces of evil and to finally uncover the truth about the traitor Tyrael!?!?? ;p
After many years of being banished into the baron waste lands of my bedroom, I have once again been sounded out by the local folks to save the mortal realm and fight the forces of evil for the sake of humanity.
I take it upon myself as a mere mortal to dig out my sword, grab my shield from under my bed, take my hand out my pants and shout to my mom to pack the meatloaf - this will be one of my longest trips yet and padkos is essential.
I have visited my grave many times, to wish myself good luck - and even though I know I fail and die, it is comforting to know that I am still alive for this brief moment of time.
Once again, Baal, Diablo and Melphisto will answer for their bain on humanity as I click my mouse button jabbing tiny cyber daggers into their eye sockets until their heads are being fed to the frenzy below.
This is my destiny, short and sweet. "See no Evil, Hear no Evil, Eat only meatloaf"

I have recently been playing Diablo 2.I find it to be an interesting game. My boyfriend introduced me to it as couldn't get him to stop playing so I joined him.
Rather interested to see what Diablo 3 is going to play like since I didn't play the beta.
6 months ago I would have shot you if you had called me a gamer for your obvious insolence but now because of Diablo I whole heartily agree with you. Now give it to me so I can continue my hacking and slashing madness.

I have been playing Blizzard games ever since Warcraft / The Lost Vikings era (the 90s) - and I have played EVERY Blizzard game since. I truly think that I am one of the biggest South African Blizzard fans out there! Please Megarom and MyGaming, South African Gods of gaming, hear my call!!!
PS: The Diablo III Collectors Edition would also look really nice next to my World of Warcraft Collectors edition.

Not only did I save Tristam twice, but used Wirt the peg leg boy's wooden leg to defeat the masters of evil. While listening to Alex Jay on 5fm, I bested Diablo and his brothers using nothing, but a Dexxa mouse and Microsoft Keyboard. I was assisted by ability to make a mean cup of coffee and sing songs of my tales at the campfire (dinner table). My abilities even extended to that of the most clever thief, sneaking in epic Diablo sessions under the watchful gaze of THE KEEPER (my mother). I have what it takes to defeat the forces of evil and ensure another that another Diablo spin-off is made.....(take my money).
After having my soul consumed in the 1st battle with diablo I was resurrected as a commander of the dead. Quickly learning the arts of bring my fallen foe's back to serve my every command I followed the dark wanderer cleaning up the chaos he left in his wake. When the final battle at the soul stone was complete the appearance of the angel who destroyed the worlds heart I thought my toils complete but alas I believe I must once more wade into the fray. Who I will be is any mans guess...
