I've really enjoyed that mygaming has put more focus on tech reviews of late. I've been employed in me first real job for about 8months now and this means 2 things:
1) I've got more money to spend on cool hardware stuff
2) I don't have as much time for gaming.
Because of the 2nd point I was worried that there wouldn't be as much to appeal to me here. But the new shift to tech has brought me back home :-)
 
Ok, this would be a good place for a first post and an intro. I'm new to MyGaming but old MyBroadband member; came over here from there.
 
Nexus - a means of connection between members of a group or things in a series; link; bond, wait, what!?

I had to look it up, lol. Anyways, back to the topic; this site is flawless and contains my daily requirements to continue living. I don't post in the forums as often as I'd like to, but the news, reviews and articles is my bread and butter. See my Chrome settings: :cool:

Oh, one more thing, as with my avatar, I do agree that the background needs to change and I vote Borderlands 2!! :D
 
Having been here since pretty much day 1 I've seen the site go through through a stretch of changes. Most of them for the better, but ALL of them with careful attention to the members' feedback - ultimately deciding if they should stay or go. I enjoy the website's colour scheme immensely and I'm glad it has stayed true throughout. The only thing, which is probably my fault, which I cannot seem to find is the blasted forum search function. It makes me feel so inadequate. :/
 
I don't have a console but I agree with the separate sections for consoles, fair is fair.
My comment though is based on the mobile site. I'm checking the site prior to class at uni via my Blackberry and while navigating the forums is fairly straight forward you can't advance pages in the threads leaving one stuck on the first page or switching over to full site rendering the mobile site pointless.
That and it would be awesome to link "zero punctuation" to an SA site.

Console sections split would be great. Otherwise I've enjoyed it so far. Nice features, especially the quick reply 'autosave' function. (Damn browser refreshing)
 
Don't have any issues with the site. The search function has come up once or twice. It's no obvious where to go when wanting to do a search but other than that everything is fine.
 
The forum is the main attraction for me, and even at times I go lurker mode, I'm still around reading. The site and articles are good, and no complains here personally. Competitions bring a great addition to the forum, and a good way to attract new members- and I have no problem with it as long as multiple same-user entries are eliminated, and it's not too easy to "hit (or post) and run." Would refer this place to a friend any day.
 
I like this competition. previously I would just read the posts and hope that any issue I have had already come up. But now I'm actually encouraged to sign up and keep posting. Will probably still do so in future

It would be nice if there was a quick how to guide for us.
Agree with Ichigo that there should be separate sections for each console

MyGaming is one of the better forums around. Been on many, but, none as informative and structured like this.
It's where I visit daily. I haven't encountered any problem as of yet, which is a first for me... Other than that. No complaints.
 
Boom. But I am starting a bit late cos I was away for the week. Am I still eligible?
My comment: investigate merging with SAgamer forum.
