*WINNER ANNOUNCED* Win EVGA GeForce GT 610 GPU with AxizWorkgroup

Having an XBox that is being dominated by my wife, playing Skyrim, I'm bored at home. I'm sorely in need of this card to upgrade my PC so that I could at least play something while she is busy running around slaying dragons...
 
I got a 8600gt, surprisingly still works fine and runs crysis but its starting to show its age and demanding to retire. Need this card to bring new life to my desktop.
 
When I have this card, my nerdy apple of my eye will finaly see my true worth, a gaming legend!!! She will then notice my supreme mastery of keyboard and mouse by just looking at the fluid hd graphics, not truly capable of comprehending the raw awesome but definitely drooling over it.. bwahahahaha, fear the awesome
 
I REALLY need this, my old 8600 GTS, while a brilliant little card, has lasted me a long time, but these days it just can't keep up with the modern spec games. It can still run quite a few of them, but then I have to set everything down to lowest graphic settings, which robs you from the true gaming experience, especially when you've paid a lot of money for the game :cry:
 
I volunteer in the IT department at a place that has no budget for IT (we can't even afford to renew our virus licenses next month) and would like to be able to put a new dual head card in the PC that our projector runs off of so we can run a "dual monitor" setup.
 
A new graphics card at this point would allow me to bring my 10 year old into the world of modern gaming. Up to now he has been playing the "golden oldies" (starcraft, warcraft, etc) but everytime he walks past my PC he asks why his games look so blocky.

I'd also love to start playing multiplayer with him on some of the modern games so that we can bond in these cold winter months while doing something that we both enjoy immensely
 
Poor university student cannot afford past anything new. Searching bargain bins or second hand card that could resurrect my PC that is on life-support. But alas there is no trust-worthy second had graphic card on the market that people are willing to trade for a peanut so I will depend on luck.
 
My gf and I are slowly building her a gaming pc. Would be great to get this for her as a prezzy :D
Or we going to create a media pc she still hasn't decided.
 
I always enter comps so i dont expect much because i never win lol but surely this would be able to play battlefield 3 with more than 10-15 fps :( and guild wars 2!!!
 
this gpu could start my gf's rig.since shes not huge into gaming yet,it would be perfect.this card should easily be able to handle the RPG's and other small games she enjoys playing.she currently is running on board so she is stuck with playing mario brothers andangry birds while im gaming.also then when i start the new build for her,then i wont be limited to buying a mobo with onboard or saving till i can afford a gpu for the new build...hopefully having 2 decent computers will get her to play some co-op games with me :D
 
I still have an old 6600GT card that is capable of playing Minesweeper and Solitaire, so this new card will come in very handy to upgrade to better games.
 
Well, I have Guildwars 2 on pre-order, and not having a decent graphics, card, (Nvidia 7600) - (fan missing 2x blades) will not be able to appreciate the awesome scenery, this game has to offer. Can only play it on my Laptop at present at around medium graphics, which just makes me wonder what all I missed during BWE3 ...

Well with out a graphics card my life would not be complete. It will make my computer so much more awesome. A graphics card makes your gaming experience happen. I've had a graphics card for sometime now and i think its time for a change or upgrade. If i win this graphics card, it will change my gaming experience and relations with Mygaming and with my steam games, and with this graphics card i will be the ULTIMATE GAMER ever.

It is very simple why i would like this graphics card. Firstly it will make my PC even more awesome. Also it has HDMI out which means i can connect it to my TV for perfect viewing pleasure. Better gaming and better entertainment image quality. what more can a geek ask for
 
I have bought a whole load of games that just don't run properly on my current graphics card, so winning this will make that money well spent.

My wife's PC only has on-board graphics and due to this I can not buy Diablo III or play it. For it was written in thou scroll of marriage that one shall not possess the secrets of the darkness if thou spouse can not Quest with thee. This is a prize that will not just make one man happy in my case.
