Computer wont start, short circuit failure

So My current order of priority is:

1) New Graphics card
2) New SSD

Let me explain:
Not too long ago I looked at my case and said "Wow, there's a lot of dust in there, I'd better clean it out". So I did exactly that; took it to the garage, powered up the high pressure air gun and turned the chassis from side to side (with all components within it still) not actually realizing what I had just done. so after a good clean and wipe down this tower looked brand new! (granted it hadn't been so for about 5 years). So now I placed it on my 'battlestation' and decided to power it up. Low and behold the board literally didn't even make a squeak of sound; it was dead silent. so I spent the next 4 days computer-less looking every day for the fault, no forum had an answer to my question. then on the final day I found that my SSD (Kingston 64GB) had its power pins plastic 'guide' piece broken off and was causing a short which prevented my pc from starting up.
So much duct tape and MacGyvering later, I finally got it to work; and it still works till this day.

Taking into account the failure I had above; I think it really is time for me to get the SSD as this current one is such a liability... So I was looking at going big or going home, hence the 1TB would be perfect :D

I sure hope I win as I will be drained for funds once this purchase is done & I will struggle to play GTAV with my little HD5770 HAWK :confused:
