Agreed. How the fuck can a person who hasn't been online in over 6 months win a prize?

Some serious bullshit going on here.
 
The reward for participating in the survey was the chance to win a PS3 prize. The winner was selected randomly. Everyone got a fair chance in this competition.

That said, I'll take into consideration some sort of competition that rewards long-term forum participation.

I like the way you doing it right now just needs mods to check if accounts have been active in forums recently when choosing a winner.

It doesnt need any restrictions besides that.
