I would have to call the 5th Horsman of the Apocalypse SOPA

While Pestilence, War, Famine and Death are doing their stuff SOPA will blank out the internet so no one will know that they are coming. All because the Pestilence, War, Famine and Death trademarked their names and all affiliated translations of their names. And they are worried about getting bad press.
 
The Horseman of Suffering

He'd (or she) torture you for so long you'd pray for Death to kill you, only he wouldn't come, and you'd lie there, suffering... in pain... waiting to die... (he's quite mean like that)

Decay

While the others bring forth mass destruction and death, he is responsible for returning everything to the Earth, so that it will be ready to begin a new era of life. The apocalypse means the death of us, not the planet, so for it to carry on all life must decay and return to one day be remade.

The fifth horseman will be Truth. Contact with his axe will put the unlucky fellow in a state like trance, showing him/her every action that he/she ever did that was untruthful/wrong/bad. Every hurting comment, every half-truth, all the pain that person has caused to anyone or anything will be relived by the person. It is the sum of all things hurtful/untrue done by that person.

The axe will not show the person all the good things he/she ever did, since he/she should of done those anyway.

This is the most utter torment before the head gets chopped off, and the person's soul is deposited to hell.

Quite scary now that I think about it.
