Witcher 3 Psych!

i know theres more than a few peeps out there that are big Witcher fans so this thread is about finding out any info new or old and opinions on the game itself from wots been seen and said so far! :D
 
I can't say much about what's been seen and said so far because, like every game or series I'm crazy about, I avoid news about it like the plague :D

I like to have zero expectations when I play a game and just jump in, completely clueless and experience everything for the first time, rather than going, "Saw that in a trailer, heard about that from a dev," etc.

I find that it's also better than having unrealistic expectations (based on what people may speculate) and unnecessary disappointment (granted, they'd have to try pretty hard to disappoint me in a Witcher game).
 
a friend showed me a trailer awhile back and i must say it looked pretty good, always been a Witcher fan! been peeking around the net but cant find much on gameplay footage. i dont mind the hype or being told about something cuz in the end ppls opinions will always differ. :P
 
Yeah, that's very true too.

Maybe another way of looking at it is... if I don't get caught up in the hype, I don't die of a stroke before my time while anticipating its release :D
 
lol that happened to me with Diablo 3 :p was all wowed by the hype then wen i got it i wasnt so impressed by wot i saw its still an amazing game just wasnt wot i had been lead to believe wot it really was! But CD projekt have never disappointed their fans in anyway!
 
I'm quite keen for witcher 3....still need to finish witcher 1 though....and 2. I have ADD when it comes to witcher...OOH a butterfly!

Im planning on buying a new graphics card because of 2 games, dragon age and the witcher. so ya i'm a fan.

I'm buying my new card for Battlefield 4, but yeah Witcher I hope lives up to the hype. And Dragon age, really hope the learn from their past mistakes. I loved the combat in 2 but the story and world was pretty bland.
 
awesome video thanks! i read about how the they using the REDengine to make the world seemless so that there will be no loading screens or anything... i hope they pull it off!
 
I dont care if there are loading screens as long as i can play at 60fps i will be happy, rather hope they will optimize it well.

Fully agree with you there,although the story serves as a plot device for the next installment maybe that was the idea all along get a filler in there while they work on the 3rd one
