There is a whole lot of F2P shooters heading for the PC. Tribes Ascend, Blacklight Retribution. Only prob, for me, is no native Mac OS support. Guess I will be trying them out in Bootcamp then.

I must say I'm amped for Tribes, looks awesome. Blacklight looks damn legit as well. Nothing like a F2P shooter ey? Come to think of it, nothing like a shooter in any regard!

Tribes is definitely like the old tribes only problem is no servers in SA so you got a ping of ~200 which is kind of hard when playing with weapons that have speed and distance variables.
