World of Warcraft - General Discussion

There isn't any legit South African servers.

I know about the worldofwarcraft.co.za server. Last time I checked, they were on 3.1.3 and had about 7 players online.
 
Lich King is now open, apparently has been downed on 10 man normal already. I'm still lvl 62 and missed all the exciting new raid content of this expansion. Fuck.

Anyone got a really good raiding guild I could apply for at 80? I'm looking at joining Karazhan, medium pop with lots of South Africans.
 
I can't wait to get back to WoW next weekend! AND I will have a brand spanking new PC to test it out on! Goodbye LAGaran!!! :D

Well thats why i came here to tell every one around it so that people can maybe join? Its mainly for the local cap users.

And ya if you get a new pc, try Crysis, or some other high intense graphics game :)

I'm happy with my 3 level 80's (& 1 level 63) and 142d /played total :P

Which classes? (DK's don't count)

I've been playing on my rogue (only char) since April '08...never bothered leveling an alt.

I have a pally sitting on 18 that I got bored of,
my DK is on 60 - leveled him when WoTLK came out and no further,
my mage is lvl 5,
and last night I pushed my 1.5yr old druid to lvl 6.

I've always wanted to level an alt, but never knew which class to go for. I think I'll be focusing on the druid for now, so that way I'm able to see if I like tanking/healing/mana dps.

WoW is a graphic intense game. I get worse frames in wow then I do in crysis.

If you don't believe me do a 25 man raid on the gunship battle with all your details on max and with a resolution of 1920x1200. ;)

I imagine that it wont be much fun playing on those servers with the small amount of players on there one will never be able to find people do raids.

My bad then, Ill put that down to old programming techniques:o
 
One of the biggest fps eaters in WoW is the shadow detail. I always put mine on low. Therest I can put on high and it runs fine for the most part.
