Worst Game You Ever Purchased

The Graveyard.

It's an art project and that I get but to ask money for something that lasts a couple of minutes with basically no gameplay is ridiculous. I bought it thinking there will be at least something to it but no. Just leave it alone.

Legendary. I paid R399 for it before I started researching the games that want to buy. It looked totally bad ass, but was far from it. It might possibly be one of the worst titles that ever released on the 360.

Borderlands. Maybe I'm the only person in the world that doesn't "get it", but it was the most repetitive piece of crap I ever had the displeasure of buying. I think what pissed me off even more was the infinite spawning bad guys. How many enemies can there realistically come out of a hole in the ground?
I bought it on steam. Good news: it was a sale and I didn't pay full price. Bad news: because it is a digital version I can't take the DVD outside to ritually burn it to cleanse myself of the vile stench.

Hmmmm tough decision but I'd have to say my biggest regret in a full price purchase was this monstrosity:

Trailer looked so good but everything about this game was so so bad. Graphics, animations, combat and voice acting in particular were atrocious. I never made it through an hour of gameplay.

Probably have to say Mod Nation Racer... I had no internet connection and without the internet the game is a waste of time...

They marketed it as the "little big planet" of kart racing, and i was a hige Crash Team Racing fan so thought it would be good... It was not...

I have this too, but I rather enjoy it. I don't really play this on the net, but I do like stuffing around with modding carts and drivers, plus the career mode.

Different strokes, I guess.

Fable 3 on Xbox360. I really don't get the hype that some created about this game.
Counterstrike was another. Yes, I would like to play the same map 77 times in a row. Not.
Day of Defeat. Previous clan members were going on about resurrecting this title and made it sound so much fun. At least I got it on a steam sale but still. Think the "resurrection" lasted all but a week.

I've bought many crappy games but the one that stays in my mind was Will Rock. To this day I dont know why I picked it up, walked to the counter and paid full price.

EDIT!

WAIT WAIT WAIT!!! Something even worse: Brink...

That was false advertising to the max... I bought the game for its single player campaign... was so disappointed after five minutes.

That's just it, you don't have to get it. It was the most fun Co-op experience I have ever had. And don't even start with Borderlands 2!

I generally don't buy any game that I feel I won't enjoy. Most the games I have is what I have been waiting for, some of them I won.

But all in all, every game I purchased turned out to be awesome. Love all the games in the my collection.

If I have to say worst game I ever borrowed? The very first Transformers game. I never even played past the first few quests.

My all time worst is

- the only game that I have ever physically taken and thrown in the bin after playing it for 30 minutes.
