Would you go back to school...

I only finished school last year, so I still enjoy the freedom of university. That being said, finishing early and not really needing to study was awsome. :D

Not a chance, I didn't enjoy school, took an alternate route and finished at 14.

Really, that's impressive.

never ever, I'm finishing my 4th year masters at UCT. I really had enough of studying, so the thought of school is waaaaay beyond me right now!

I hated high school, every second of it except break. I'm still at varsity, so not in a 9-5 position yet, but I would never ever go back to high school. I bolded and italicised, to show how serious I am about it! :p

Never.......ever!. Can't imagine myself studying any further, those days are gone.....and so is the brain. Did the required schooling, did a year of extra study, and then still went ahead and did a three year course...I'd say I've done my time.

No thank you. Rather wish I could go back to university. Those long holidays...

The only thing about being in school is being care free not to worry about the future. Well at least I didn't.

No school degraded who I was and took my confidence away I hated it and I am enjoying the life of a muso. School sucks and I left school in 2005

I would be expelled in the first week. The first sign of a teacher trying to force his/her inferiority complex on me as a student will end up with me telling that teacher EXACTLY where to get off. I have VERY little respect for teachers these days, especially now that I know how little they ACTUALLY know.

well at least they managed to get this far in life :p

I hated high school... i was told i would never amount to anything and now im sitting in a managers position in IT earning double a teachers salary  they dont realise how much power most of us have and where we would end up in life :)

High school was awesome. Breezed through it, the least amount of work I've ever done in my life. Still... I'd take university any day of the week :D

What? And have to do projects and homework not to mention tests and exams all over again?

Once was bad enough.

Don't get me wrong:I do like to learn new things-it is having my knowledge of those things tested that gives me cold shivers.

If I was forced to travel back in time at gunpoint, I would hope to go to
school which caters fro both boys and girls. Hudson Park, for instance.
I think that may have equipped me better for dealing with females than Selborne did.

Smokey...lemme guess. You're a genius?

I wouldn;t call myself a genius. Was sick for the IQ test we did at school and never bothered to take another one. However, the first words out my mouth as a kiddie was "mommy's reading". To put it in perspective, my mother has a library (currently) of over 8000 books. I read a lot as a kid. Homework and stuff was never handed in so my marks were never that great. The only time I can really say that I studied was for the Matric exams and mainly because my writing speed was so bloody slow. Otherwise it was gaming, reading and going out for most of high school for me.

Being under age? Having to study? Stupid rules> Not getting paid? HELLNO!
The only pro was being able to chat to my friends, which I can do now if I want to

I would definitly go back,,,no worries in paying bills, only down side is then i wont have my own money to buy games,,only my allowance
