If you weren't planning on seeing it after the tripe that was X3 & X-men Origins, don't let this epic movie pay for this sins of what came before.

Easily ones of the best Super Hero movies since Watchmen and The Dark Knight and while its not entirely on The Dark Knights level its gets close.

Next up Green Lantern & Capitan America before the long wait to next years The Dark Knight Rises & The Avengers.

This was a supremely awesome movie , that was brilliantly acted , and the set pieces where more than entertaining , more over it answered so many questions, the 9/10 it got in my opinion is very well deserved.

Not so sure bout the Green Lantern I really don't think Renolds can pull it off

A commendation from Omega is high praise indeed! Will try to make a plan to watch this next weekend.
 
I was a bit wary to go and see it, but like everyone said, if you give it a thumbs up then it's gotta be decent!
 
Sounds great. Will have to go and see it sometime. Too bad i'm writing atm. Will make sure i buy a pirated dvd soon (i keed, i keed...:p)

Will go see this and Pirates of the Caribbean after the 24th... they will still be showing then, right?

Why waste time/money going to see the new Pirates movie, its a cash grab.
 
Just got back from watching Xmen. Fucking epic movie. I love the small cameos they had in there :) Logan, and Storm as a child. You get to meet Scott Summers dad (I think). Also answers a lot of question has to how Prof X became paralyzed, how Mystique ages so well, and how Hank McCoy becomes the Beast.

I did a back to back movie marathon. I watched Hangover II after Xmen. Hahahaha oh my sack it's funny!!
 
The fake german accents at the start of the movie was a bit offputting, but if you don't speak german it won't bother you. :o

The rest of the movie was quite solid! I'd definitely recommend it for anyone who enjoys Stan Lee's characters.
 
i wish there was more of logan, really if x-men movies are like food then logan is like salt. but hell that 5 seconds he played was the best part.

100% agreed :D It actually made me realize for the rest of the movie that the rest of them are only children for the most part.
 
I'm definately going to see it. I've read some good reviews about it. But I didn't mind Wolverine or Last Stand so maybe not so picky.
 
I just didn't like the physics/mechanics behind the sonic-boom kid or the firefly. It was a bit meh to be honest. The rest were cool.
 
Sonic kid was okay. Butterfly chick was boring.

A really well done movie. Great action scenes, good story and nicely put together. The guy playing Xavier is really excellent in the role.
