No surprise really, Microsoft have "arranged" this in the past and they'll continuee to do so in the future.
I wonder if the earlier release actually makes a siginficant impact, as in if sufficient people to cover the costs of the arrangement purchased a 360, or purchased the DLC on 360 instead of PS3.
