xbox live demos - usb

Hi, I want to downlaod Crysis 2 demo off xbox live, but I dont have a harddrive. I plan on buying a 4gb flashdrive though.
Can I store the game download on a flashdrive? Formatting the usb to a storage device for the xbox of course. Will it run smooth?

I cant see why it wouldn't work. Why not go for a larger flash drive, they super cheap these days. You lose a lot of that 4gb storage as soon as the xbox has optimised it.

Maybe I should go for more space lol, just dont want to spend too much cash on a demo, already planning on buying Axxess cap lol.

If its for the sole purpose of downloading the demo, then its sufficient. You never know there might be another demo on the horizon which you might like.

Yeah, it would work fine of a flash drive but I suggest you get a branded flashdrive like Transcend/Kingston/Lexar/Sandisk for best performance :)
 
How is an A-DATA flash drive? They go for cheap where I live..
Playing the game from my usb hdd now, but will need to get a flashdrive soon lol
