OK, I got confirmation through Twitter. Next weekend (17 - 19 August) is a free Gold Live weekend. Enjoy the gameage.

Great. My subscription would have expired on 17 Aug. But like a poephol I already renewed it, just great.

I am going to smash this over the weekend. I haven't really had any motivation nor interest in getting a Gold membership over the last three years.
