Xbox live help

Hey guys.

I am having so much fucking trouble with xbox live. I cannot get my auto subscription cancelled. I have have nit had an xbox for almost 8 months, yet every three months i get billed for live. I have cancelled the auto subscribe but it never gets through. I cant remove my card. How the fuck do i get rid of this shit.

When i try to cancel it gives me this screen.



With no already selected. I can select yes and then switch back to no and say continue, but it still does not cancel it.

That's really odd, based on the second screen. You sure you're logging into the correct account that's being billed?

Maybe the best bet would be contacting Xbox LIVE support directly. They're normally pretty good, and can remove the credit card: http://support.xbox.com/en-ZA/contact-us#3:0:2

Eish you may have to contact support. That's a very sucky one. I switched mine off a couple of years ago without any problems.

Their live chat support is excellent though. I had an issue with a key once and they sorted it out in minutes.

Xbox live silver? I thought silver was free and gold is pay?

Are you actually getting billed? It looks like you are trying to cancel a sub that is free there...

Yeah it says silver, but i get billed for gold. Figured it out now luckily. Went to my main microsoft account and not through xbox. Got it cancelled through there.
