Xbox One - buy now or wait for xmas?

Hey all, MyBB'er here.

Just a question. I am going to buy an Xbox for Halo - should I wait for a BTGames Christmas special or buy now? I see the Fifa bundle is R5.5k. Is it likely to get better than that?

Whew that's a good question and I honestly don't know to tell you the truth. One would think that there would be good Christmas specials but how will the exceptionally poor Rand affect things? I just don't know.
 
The only thing I can see happening is that the 1TB Xbone will be around the same price as that bundle. Better holding off for that terabyte option, even if a little more it will still be better value.

i barely get time to game these days so the xbone has never really been on my priority list but it would be nice to have one, gives me time to still finish forza 4 and horizon that i have been playing and never seem to get done with

hell i've had mass effect since launch on the 360 and i still havent completed it :o
 
Wait for this weekend otherwise if nothing comes up just before Christmas would probably be the best time, there should be plenty retailers with sales on. Check Makro/Game/BT Games/CNA/Incredible Connection etc

Sorry Soli, been using Tapatalk app so haven't seen the wall in a while.

I got a bundled console that came with Forza 6. Also picked up Rise of the Tomb Raider separately to play with my daughter (who is a Lara Croft wannabe :) )

I got the IC deal at R3999. The unopened Fifa game I threw out the window on the way home :)

Got Tomb raider instead and enjoying it thoroughly.
