Xbox One price slashed, and Kinect ditched

So this is the 2nd 180 by Microsoft, does this means the Xbox has gone from 360 to 180 to 0?
 
It's looking much more attractive now. Looks like I might be able to play Sunset Overdrive after all :D
 
I thought Kinect was vital to the Xbox One experience :rolleyes:?

Anyway this E3 is going to be awesome :D.

I own the current Kinect and I will most definitely prefer the XBox One without the Kinect. Voice commands? Please, I want to play games.

+1 It annoyed me that you HAD to get the Kinect with your XBO. There are not many kinect games out either and most of them that where available on the 360 where mostly oriented around children. Let us not forget Star Wars Kinect....
 
So guess they decided their full experience wasn't worth falling behind in the console war. This will most likely mean much less games making use of Kinect as I'm sure this model will sell better than the one with it included.
 
At the end of the day im a Playstation Fan, It just makes me laugh at how wrong Microsoft has read the market...
 
Good move from them, I'm sure lots of xbox fanboys that are waiting for it to become cheaper will be happy now.

It should also boost their sales a bit as they were falling behind the PS4
 
Well that was a fast end to an "Integral" component of the XBONE. I wonder what they were expecting to happen
