Or at least if you HAVE to one day you now have some sort of reference :) I'm curious to see what these consoles will cost when they hit our shores. I definitely want one.
 
The RRP is $299 with is roughly R2300, add on all the extra's I say we should pay no more than R3500 max. I will not pay a cent more!
 
lol very interesting read Toxin, hopefully they have made it so that its easier to take the machine apart if one needs to as well. that plastic casing sure is a biatch to get off if you only have 2 hands...

Nope, the guy says it's just as difficult if not more so. :rolleyes: But at least he explains in detail how to go about it.

I own a total of five Xbox 360s. Four of them have died. Three because of the Red Ring of Death, all out of warranty.

OMG! That is ridiculous. Guess Microsoft won't be making as much money now seeing as though they fixed the problem :p No wonder Xbox sales were so high - they were all dying.

jip totally and its actually not that hard to fix the RROD problem.....

That was not the reason for the high sales. MS had a extended 3 year swap out policy for any RROD issues with an Xbox. They in effect gave people new xboxs in return for the busted ones, which they refurbed and sold again.
