Xi3 reaffirm Valve's involvement in Piston console

Gonna wait and see what the steam box has up its sleeve, its pretty weird whats going on between the two companies at the moment tho. I thought it was clear that they were working with Valve's backing.
 
($900-$1000) price is simply too high, bear in mind that the Xi3 Piston only has a A10 APU +128GB SSD, 8GB RAM in it... I mean I could build an i5 / 8350 FX gaming rig for less T_T

I didn't include windows, perhaps that's what's inflating the price, but still $900 for an APU build :eek:
