Actually, if we someday sell our company, I wouldn't mind going to work for a company and try out the whole being an "employee" thing. I worked 2 years for Q-Data straight out of school (but as consultant) and then started our current company so I never really got to experience working for a boss actually.

Already do.

I'm already doing it. We develop a specialised software package that we sell that we sell to various companies but the scope of the software is so big that I get quite a wide exposure to various business aspects so it never feels like I'm just doing the same kind of thing over and over again.

If so, what would it be / is it? Teaching academy of some sort or a coffee shop with my missus.

I would love to teach. And to up-skill others around me would be awesome. If were sport, I would instill life skills in kids that they could somehow become better people. All too often I see coaches going through the motions and hammering the kids when they lose.

I do not mind working for someone else. However, I am looking at the idea of share trading on the JSE. I have already started and have a small portfolio of shares. I put a small sum in every month and any bonuses I get, I tend to put something in. Also, all dividends I get I buy more shares. One day if I have learned enough about this and have enough to go solo, I might consider resigning and make this my primary source of income.

I think question 2 and 6 somewhat contradict themselves, some people (take me for example) may have their dream job and own business as the same goal.

At the moment I want to get my studies done, so I can work in the GIS field. I would take teaching as well but it would be at the university level or high school.
