Your opinion about BF3 Back to Karkand

My opinion, is the maps looks awesome, but it is more cramped and the overall gameplay is more a rushed gameplay. I don't even know where I am on the map, then its over...
Back in BF2 the maps were all conquest, and gameplay took longer. The maps where more streched out.
Now one can snipe from this end of the map to the other side.

Utterly awesome! I really hope that they remake more of the old maps! Would be epic.

Brings back so many fond memories of BF2 days. Other than the obvious differences in looks and destructability, it feels exactly the same. To me they also just play so much better and the gameflow is much smoother. Gameflow meaning the action and not anything to do with lag or stutter, actual gameplay action. Just seems to be more structured.

The maps seem to be more taxing on my pc but I've only played Gulf of Oman so far

B2k is damn fun! I love the maps. Especially Gulf of Oman. Jet pilot's paradise . The maps are done beautifully and the lighting on each of the maps is just awesome. I'm loving it!

I've played Wake Island, Oman and Sharqi so far - awesome fun. Now this feels like battlefield.

I've also noticed that the maps are more demanding on my system, I have a suspicion that it's a combo of the new level of destruction and the wide open views. Hopefully DICE'll do some optimisation soon.
