Oh EA. There's a difference between making a shit port and the PC's hardware actually being incapable of running it.
 
Well this is interesting. We're all used to EA spinning things their way - but this is somewhat unusual in that this is so ridiculous that one can't help but conclude that they are push a serious ulterior motive here.

A cutting edge PC can push a good 3-4x as much gfx processing as either the xbone or ps4, so the "PC can’t handle our Ignite 3D engine" claim seems a hint dubious to say the least.

exactly what I thought. EA should stop paying its lazy developers and get some developers who are willing to push harder on getting their engines properly optimized. Honestly, i'm seeing this more and more in the real world as well, as processors and hardware become faster and more efficient developers become lazier and sloppy inefficient coding becomes the norm.
