Youtube Copyright Claims

Youtube is being really pissy these days with their copyright claims. I've uploaded a few videos containing music which caused my videos to get blocked by copyright claims dispite me disputing it with clauses from various Copyright laws that state permissions to use videos for non-profit purposes bla bla etc so I think it's time to find a new place to upload videos.

Any suggestions?

Oh, and up yours, Youtube.

I've seen this happen often, what I see people do is add a clause where they state that the vid is not a promotion for anything nor do they own the rights to the content (In this case the songs). More often than not they are left in peace :).

to0kenZA: Credit the songs you use, and state that the video is for entertainment purposes only.

Something like:
"Songs used - BLAHBLAH by JACKYSHMAK, YIPYAP by EATYOFOOD"
"This material is for entertainment purposes only, not for promotional or other gains"

Im sitting with the same problem, removing Frag Videos music ect... i've tried what some of you said up top, will give some feedback if something happens.

tooks whats your username on Noobtube?? I'll add you on there and subscribe to your channel :)

Vimeo might be a good choice
Vimeo sucks so badly, better running around your town center with a TV

Yep this is what I do, never had a problem

Heh - I did an AMV once, uploaded fine ... and then they cut the music from the video.

That was annoying.

Funny thing is, I upload that exact same video on Google+, and I have zero issues with it. Go figure :p
