I know you are joking - or at least I hope you are;) - but seriously if Diablo is delayed by as long as that anybody who wants a refund will get one - its just at the moment we do not know if it will be delayed or by how long.
I did contact Megarom yesterday to see if they had any info and they hadnt heard anything from Blizzard but they were looking into it and will let us know as soon as they do.
