In this thread the official Zaps Online representative on MyGaming - MooDy - will be posting updates on the company's specials and sales promotions, and addressing any issues customers may have.

Business Hours:

Mon – Fri: 09h00 – 17h30

Sat: 09h30 – 14h00

Retail shop is situated in the Brightwater Commons (Old Randburg Waterfront), Republic Rd , Randburg and is a collection point for online orders. Retail shops prices differ from the online prices. Not all products are kept in stock. Admin can only be done during the hours above but collections can be made during the hours below.

The Retail Store is open for sales:

Mon – Fri: 09h00 – 18h00

Sat: 09h30 – 17h00

Sun: 10h00 - 14h00

On all public Holidays, Zaps will close at 2pm . Zaps will also close at 2pm on the 24th Dec and will be closed on the 25 & 26 Dec, as well as Jan 1st.

I'm sure feedback is welcome, but please refrain from engaging in lengthy off-topic conversations.

I'll wait for her to reply. It's nothing serious, was just inquiring over when Fritz 13 will be available in South Africa since it was already released overseas. So I don't know if I should wait or buy a download version.

MooDy is a great person and she's been extremely helpful. I can't believe that you just register to attack her. It's disgusting.

MooDy, keep up the good work and thank you for all your help and for giving Zaps a presence here at MyGaming. Boni, welcome to the forum! And thank you for helping me out today. Zaps customer support is excellent and that's why when I don't buy from Steam, I buy from Zaps.

You are 100% correct Zap/Wayne is a lovely man and this is why I married him many years before Zaps even existed - in fact Zaps was kind of my idea

I have been with the company since start up so there was no 'coming along' and unfortunately being a co-owner there is no firing me.
As for the company "hanging on strings" - there’s no denying that its been a tough year and not just for us - but were doing just fine but thank you for your concern.

I will be as helpful as I can when I can but of course I do have a tolerance limit and being a firm believer in calling a 'spade a spade' or a 'prat a prat' - if i have done anything to offend you in the past then I am sure that you deserved it.

BTW as you are newly registered you wouldn’t happen to be a friend of the guy who pm'd me this earlier today

Woah woah, what has this to do with me MooDy? Really, reckon I would stoop as low as to have someone comment on my behalf?

This person has nothing to do with me, nor my comments to you earlier. Ask James to check this persons IP and what not if you are so inclined as to think that I am somehow linked to the poster above.

By the way, I see you are extracting bits of my messages I sent in private over PM, not exactly a good move.
 
Sorry Rob - just seems a little to coincidently for my liking especially in light of the fact that I havent had antthing that could even be called a fight or argument with anybody - apart from you - for a long long while - in fact I have not even worked at the store for nearly a year now.

You're entitled to your opinion. But don't assume. Surely, in a year of dealing with customers you would not have had one argument?

Most these discussions are based on opinions, now if we could not share our opinions what does any of this count for ? I cant take a screenshot of her bad attitude but you want fact well here is one example of what I do not like about her attitude.

This is what she said: if i have done anything to offend you in the past then I am sure that you deserved it.

This is one instance, she was in the wrong, im not going to be nit picky, im just voicing myself and my opinion as im entitled to it. I do understand you might be against it and you are welcome to voice yours and constructively discuss it, but as stated by MooDy, call a spade a spade, she has crossed the line, I was not going to mention anything but im tired of hearing people having the same issues with the same person!
 
After many years in retail and many years working for Zaps and being as I end up handling most of the more serious complaints - I am sure you are correct there are probably quite a few people over the years who I have had to refuse refunds/exchanges,banned from lans or from the shop who are not entirely happy with my decisions.

And whilst I do try to fair and to give the benifit of the doubt - sometimes its up to me to make the hard choices - although I must just add that some people in the way that they behave make this process a little easier.

BTW are you going to let us know who you are Reporter Jack or are you just going to throw around accusations from behind a wall of annominity
 
I am actually happy, this is the first post that I have noticed you used NO emotion, now if you could answer everyone like this, It will make your business flourish, you see, im not a person to jump and attack for no reason.

Letting you know who I am defeats the point of me showing my true feelings and thoughts on the forums. However to tickle your curiosity I used to be a avid client of yours until I was mistreated, I kept my mouth shut up till now where I just see others having the same issue as I did, now it feels you are more formal and proves to me you can be a better person to yourself and vibrate positive energy into this world. You are capable of it now practice it.

I will leave you with this to think about too, A fool thinks he knows, an idiot knows he knows, a wise person knows he knows not.
