Zaps order query

Hey Moody (it's Frank) :p - if you see this post lol
Well Ive done a few orders from Zaps now and building up my machine through them.
TBH I haven't had any issues:
Last month's order was the Corsair TX850 PSU and a Coolermaster HAFX case - ordered the Thursday and Monday it was there
This month was - Core i7 930 / Corsair H50-1 / 2 x Coolermaster Sycthe 120mm Red Led Fans and it came 4 working days later (would seem like a week but of course no deliveries will be done over the weekend)
Sure if I shopped around Rectron/Matrix/PC Int ect ect I could save money here and there - but Moody and Zaps you have my support all the way :)

Sadly, you can get something right 9 out of 10 times, but people only create forum threads for that 1 out of ten cock up ;)

End of this month is that mobo which I need to send an email to you (The Asus Rampage 3 Extreme)
Then November is the 3 x 2 Corsair Dominators (x2)
LOL so at the moe my i7 is a paper weight and will probably stay that way till end of November :<

Might be having a problem with my order.

Not really satisfied right now. Having to run after the person responsible trying to get pertinent info which I feel should be offered automatically.

I know he has gotten my emails but he does not respond, I have to phone to see what's up, only to run into a hitch X2. He also has my cell number, which I keep on me pretty much all times. Then there was being told that there was stock (he was looking at said items), and I mentioned multiple times I needed my order by this weekend. I phone today to confirm to go tomorrow to collect, and now the item is suddenly not in stock, and I will have to wait... One thing I kept mentioning in my correspondence with him was I NEEDED it this weekend, and I would take what I could withing flexible reason. Maybe it was sold to another customer, I don't know, but now it is looking unlikely I can get what I need this weekend :( And I know I could have gotten it this week from another source.

Also on the issue of checking what is and what isn't in stock has proved frustrating at least one time for me. I guess that happens for more obscure products (DS Games in this case), but it took some wrangling to get it sorted.

In-store I absolutely love Zaps!! But buying online... I am not so happy at the moment.
 
Sorry about this teh - please pm your order number and who you were dealing with and I will look into this for you.

Can't we change the name of this topic? Everytime someone posts, ZAPS SUCKS is pushed to the top of Hardware category.
 
I would just like to add that although there was lack of communication on our part with teh's order and the first graphics card that he ordered was out of stock with our suppliers.

In all fairness to us he placed the order on Weds and it is now all in stock ready for collection.

Obviously I would have no objections to that but we would have to run that by Kuga first - but it is a good idea and I think that I should start thread like that any way.
