Moods!!! I expect this attention for GW2 also when it comes
I want like a HUGE ceremonial event when I come collect my CE !!!
Have you and Wayne sitting on a huge throne at the top where the PC's are and torches leading up the stairs to where we collect them! knights bowing for us when we walk in, get some people dressed up as Chars and growling at those who bought the SE and then Boni could dress up as an Asuran and run around xD would be AWESOME
Anyways, hope you have an awesome event tonight ^_^ wish I could come just for the lols (haven't bought the game and got a 12 hour shift tonight :<)
I'm not a great one for rules but Fafa pointed out this morning that it might be a good idea.
Only one CE per person in the queue
Strictly no holding spots - for your friends to arrive at 7.55 - or pushing in - with the exception of toilet/drink breaks - try to be accommodating to the people in front of you - if they need the loo hold their spot for them.
We want everybody to a great time and with a bit of help and understanding from everybody we can avoid any ugliness - and I would hate to resort to this but I will ask people to leave the queue who cause a disturbance or who are trying any - imo - underhandedness
I was actually rethinking this again. The number system is not needed, however you can use a token system. You must STILL stay in the cue with your token, but your token allows you to have 1 copy. The reason for this is, if I have my gf queueing for me from earlier and I arrive later (after work), I still only want ONE copy but we will be TWO individuals as I will obviously stand there with her for company. However, the token doesn't grant you an automatic copy as if you are not in the top 40 of the queue by the time its released even if you have a token you will not be allowed to purchase. This solves the problem of "keeping" spots Cos lets say person 1 holds spots for his friends, he will still only have one token.
