President Jacob Zuma does not owe anyone an explanation on why he reshuffled his cabinet, Cosatu general secretary Zwelinzima Vavi told SABC radio news on Wednesday.

"The president has a prerogative to make any decision in relation to the cabinet," Vavi told SAfm.
