It's like the whole Woolworths/Frankies thing: large companies see what's popular (many times something from small companies) and shamelessly rip it off. If only they would spend their billions on INNOVATION instead of DUPLICATION.

I saw the post on Reddit, and couldn't help but think of SimTower either.. Now there's a game that could be pretty nice, remade.

Also, Zynga has a history of douchebaggery, IIRC, so my benefit of the doubt lays with the new kids on the block.
